Neat Puyo Puyo loot from Daiso! I was at Daiso this week and noticed that they had these items. I’ve seen Puyo Puyo items at Daiso before, but these are new. I didn’t buy everything, but this is what I got.
First up, let’s look at these sticky notes. I bought both varieties. On the left is a drop pattern of Puyo Puyos and on the right it’s like a plastic model with Arle, Carbunkle, and Puyos on a sprue! Retrogaming + plastic models = awesome.
This is “design paper,” so basically origami paper. Here below are the designs:
This is “mini design paper,” which is small origami paper. Here you see the same plamo motif as before, but with darker colors since these aren’t sticky notes meant to be written upon. Neat stuff is neat.
EDIT August 12th: I saw even more Puyo Puyo stuff at another Daiso and got these items.

Hmmm, I might be wrong. Isn’t a tetris like game? I might have seen it in action but most likely once in life. I suggest investing in the safe, this paper migh be targeted by anyone! ww
It’s similar to Tetris. The Puyos are different colored blobs that fall. If four of one color touch each other, they clear. Stack them right and you can create chain attacks, which send clear Puyos onto your opponent’s side. There actually is a Puyo Puyo Tetris game which combines the two games together.
