Here is part 2 of the photo gallery.
I enjoyed the 2009 Trek reboot film at the time, but in light of the movies that came after, I just don't care for it much.
Plenty of great JASDF fighters from Platz.
Right: Polar Lights' new 1:1000 scale USS Grissom and Bird of Prey set from Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
Left: the lighting kit for the K'Tinga. Right: Pit Road's booth.
Left: This cute F-15 caught my eye.
Left: Great Wall Hobby will be releasing a P-40B Warhawk in 32nd scale. No idea as to what livery it will be. Right: the Fine Molds booth.
Here is the 1:48 scale "Kamikaze," the record setting plane that flew from Japan to London and back in 1937. This kit is due in early December.
Here we have two Bf-109 G6 planes. On the right is the 1943 Hartman. On the right is the Italian Air Force Messerschmitt. Its distinctive feature is the port-side air filter used to protect the engine from sand while it was used in North Africa. Both are due mid-November.
Moving onto the Max Factory/Plamax booth...
The huge, 1:20 scale Super Strike Valkyrie Gerwalk by Plamax.
Plamax 1:20 scale Minimum Factory Misa and Hikaru figure kits.
Left: The standard 1:20 scale Valkyrie was the first to be proposed, but got sidelined for the Gerwalk. Right: Here's something unique. Plamax is introducing a new Naked Angel series and will release a 1:20 scale figure kit of Moe Azumi, an adult entertainer. It will be a two figure set: one standing in a bikini and one crouched, nude. I've never heard of her before. If they continue this series, my vote for the next one is Yuka Kuramochi.
Dougram kits.
Minimum Factory will release a 1:20 Deedlit figure from Record of Lodoss War in May!
Next is the Hasegawa booth.
Let Shoji Kawamori fans rejoice! I am so happy that Hasegawa will be releasing Crusher Joe kits! Here is a 1:72 scale Figher 1 kit. It's due in December. I can't wait! I have two of the old, 1:100 scale fighters from Takara.
It's going to be a snap kit with color separation. It will come with figures of Joe and Talos. I imagine they will release a kit of the Fighter 2 with Alfine and Ricky.
Macross Delta is going strong for Hasegawa. I couldn't get into the show, but the mechanical designs are fantastic.
A new kit of the Mitsubishi Galant.
The Eggplane Girls series continues with repops of the Eggplane kits which come with 1:20 scale resin figures of the girls.
I've preordered these two kits.
These Strike Witches and Ultraman kits also come with resin figures.
The Area 88 kits series is still going strong, with F-100 and F-104 kits. Unfortunately, they have not released any further 1:48 scale Area 88 kits after the initial four or so.
